MAIL-IN: Include your customer name and sales representative's name. Include part number, description, and quantity of products desired. Mail purchase order with signature. Please note special instructions, ship dates, etc.
FAX-IN: Follow mail-in procedure above and fax order to 1-773-279-1419.

TERMS: All first orders are shipped
COD CASH. A credit application and personal guarantee must be filled out for company checks or open accounts. It usually takes 3-4 weeks for a credit application to be processed. Terms are granted to accounts who have been in business for 4 years or more. If you pay more than 15 days late you will revert back to COD CASH.
PAYMENTS: Orders are shipped COD or they may be prepaid by using VISA, MASTERCARD or wire transfer to out account. Charge cards are subject to a 2% service charge.
MINIMUM ORDER: All products (4 of an item for items under $3.00; 1 each items over $3.00 or by display.)
$150 minimum order.
Orders under $150 will receive a $12.50 surcharge.
Orders under $100 will receive a $17.50 surcharge.
BILLING: All invoices and payments are due at the date of shipment.
FREIGHT: F.O.B. Chicago
SHORTAGE & DAMAGES: Please have a driver note damage to boxes or open boxes. We double check all of our shipments! Notify us of all claims within 48 hours. If damaged, please save packing material for shipper's inspection.
RETURNS: Damaged products can only be returned when you have requested and received a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number from Mobtown Enterprises. Please call our customer service for details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
MT Enterprises welcomes international orders. Due to time difference fax communication seems to work the best. Please fax us your orders or questions. We will send you a pro-forma (up-front) invoice and delivery date as well as our bank information. Please arrange for transfer of funds to our account immediately upon receipt of our invoices. We appreciate your business and inquiries. We require a 50% deposit on international orders.
INTERNET SALES: Internet sales of our products are allowed only to authorized internet sellers who must sign an agreement and be screened. If you are not authorized, we will contact eBay or other organizations to remove your auctions and we will not ship to your business in the future.
